fuck that, absolutely unacceptable in any kind of furry space

it was maybe 10-15 min after closing ceremony ended when cops came into the busy headless lounge in the DLCC and used a megaphone to tell us all to get out, and then stood there watching everyone get suited and scramble out

what in the hell dudes

I'll preface this by saying that I know @anthrocon & the hotel are understaffed, that they don't have the dorsai, that they're most likely contractually obligated to have a security team of a certain size...

but for real, fuck the cops that are clearing con space

hearing that anthrocon this year had a bunch of cops with hands on guns yelling at people to leave as soon as the con was over
