@frameacloud Hmm, maybe something like Etherpad or some such? That would even retain collaborative editing stuff. If you don't need that, a LibreOffice document hosted somewhere would probably be just as good.

@frameacloud Orrr Nextcloud apparently has a thing! Looks pretty sweet if you already have an account on some Nextcloud instance, and don't need something with full-on Office-style precise page layout and such.
